Introduction:-
As a SAP HANA FI Graduate Consultant, you will be part of SAP’s implementation and support team responsible for financial operations excellence using SAP S/4HANA Finance. And oh yeah, Works closely with business users, functional experts and technical teams to understand business requirements, configure SAP solutions and support financial processes in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities – IBM Package Consultant (SAP HANA FIN FI)
- Support the implementation and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules.
- Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting processes.
- Assist in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, and system configuration.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure successful SAP implementation.
- Learn and apply SAP best practices for financial accounting and reporting.
- Support master data creation, maintenance, and transactional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, CO, and PP modules.
- Ensure seamless financial data integration across business processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and go-live support.
- Assist finance teams during monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
- Help improve business processes through automation and optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and support financial reporting and reconciliation activities.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Finance features and innovations.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.
- Contribute to project success by providing timely support and issue resolution.

Educational Qualification:-
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA).
- Candidates with B.Com or M.Com degrees and strong finance fundamentals may also be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) or SAP ECC FI concepts.
- Knowledge of financial accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS.

- Familiarity with end-to-end business processes:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
