The position of Officer AO&CS (Airport Operation and Customer Service) at IndiGo focuses on improving the passenger experience at the airport by effectively dealing with take-a-look-at-in, baggage dealing, protection, and customer support operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Terminal Service (Reservations, Ticketing, Departures, Arrivals)
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Assist clients with making reservations and purchasing tickets at the counter.

- Address customer inquiries through cell phone.
Departures:
- Attend pre-flight and submit-flight briefings.
- Set up test-in counters and display screen checked-in bags.

Arrivals:
