Job Responsibilities

Ramp Officer:

• Confirm the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of flights from the Operations Control Center (OCC) or device (Navitaire).
• Communicate bay numbers from the apron to all relevant stations the usage of R.T.
• Be gift at the bay 20 mins before the flight arrives with all necessary gadget.
• Note landing and chock instances and speak them through R.T.
• Ensure the ramp is aligned nicely and coaches are to be had for deplaning passengers.
• Verify that bags arrives earlier than passengers and test the cleaning.
• Obtain boarding clearance from the cabin team and announce it on R.T.
