Job Description:
The AO&CS (Airport Operation and Customer Service) department at IndiGo is important in dealing with activities related to passenger travel, safety exams, and ramp operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Officer AO&CS – Terminal Service:
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Make reservations at the counter and sell tickets.

- Answer purchaser queries through the smartphone.
Departures:
- Attend pre-flight and submit-flight briefings.
- Set up check-in counters.
- Screen checked-in baggage and hold wonderful test-in tactics.
- Assist clients with unique requests.
Arrivals:
- Assist with unique requests and mishandled/damaged bags.
- Prepare vital reports and coordinate with bag providers.
- Follow up with en-direction stations concerning misplaced luggage.
Post-Flight Departure:

2. Officer AO&CS – Security:
- Maintain standards as per agency requirements.
