Job Description: 

Infosys BPM is conducting a walk-in interview for freshers interested in Data roles. The event will take place on 10th August 2024 at their Bangalore location in Electronics City Phase 1.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
• Utilize analytical talents to interpret and make experience of information/records.
• Understand patron queries and necessities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvements.
• Handle purchaser requests at the same time as meeting all SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Participate actively in team-building activities.
• Adapt to gaining knowledge of new technologies and changing business desires.

Skills Required:

Qualifications:
