Job Summary:
As a Support Networking expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, dealing with, and assisting the company’s network infrastructure. This role needs an understanding of community configuration, diagnostics, and trouble-solving in real-time. You will offer a technical guide to give up customers, help in community installations, and reveal structures to ensure easy network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related troubles involving routers, switches, firewalls, and different networking devices Provide well-timed solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
