About Role – Customer Support Collaborator

As a Customer Support Associate on FirstSource, you will handle international non-voice processes. Your main responsibility will be to communicate with global customers, answer questions, and ensure that they have an integrated support experience. This role requires excellent written communication, hearing skills, and typing precision. There is a wonderful opportunity for freshers to make their career in consumer service and get in touch with international customers.

Responsibilities

Handle International Non-Voice Support Interactions with Customers.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions for customer questions.
Ensure high-quality service distribution to meet customer expectations.
Maintain a professional and gentle tone in all interactions.
Customer information is accurately documented and updated in internal systems.
Cooperate with team members to improve procedures and service quality.
Fit the rotational shift and work in the atmosphere with a fast motion.
Display strong hearing, understanding, and typing skills.

Education: UG Arts and P graduates (2020–2025 pass-out) have left.
2025 graduates: Candidates who have received their 6 Ma-Semester results and Provisional Certificate (with 4 original + 2 COP Naline copies).
Not eligible: PG graduates, BE/B. Tech graduates and students are still graduating in 2025.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication (written English).
Strong understanding and listening skills.
Typing accuracy and motion.

Work readiness:

Desire to work on night shifts and rotational shifts.
Chennai location, comfortable with working from the Office Fissure at Navallur.
Transport: 30 km CAB facility available within one-way boundary limits.
