As a process associate (e-mail support), you will be the first point of contact with customers, addressing their questions and concerns via email. This is a full-time role with a 24/7 function atmosphere. You will work with two rotational days, five days a week, which will give you a balanced schedule while being part of a dynamic, round-the-clock team. The workplace will be on the client site, Unitech Signature Tower, Gurgaon/Gurugram, a professional yet offering an assistant workplace environment.
We are looking for graduates or postgraduates from any stream who are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to join immediately.
