Roles & Responsibilities

1. Due Diligence and Compliance Screening

  • Perform basic due diligence on third parties.
  • Screen third parties against sanctions lists and relevant watch lists.
  • Identify important details, including legal representatives and shareholders.
  • Send due diligence questionnaires to relevant requesters.
  • Follow up to ensure questionnaires are returned and completed accurately.
  • Review supporting documents submitted during the due diligence process.
  • Escalate potential red flags to the Global Business Ethics Manager.

2. Compliance Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain compliance trackers and keep requests updated.
  • Track matters related to vendor reviews, donations, sponsorships, gifts, hospitality, and business advisors.
  • Assist in preparing monthly compliance KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Review documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and clarity.
  • Prepare meeting notes and minutes.
  • Organize compliance meetings and follow up on action items.

3. Global Compliance Program Support

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for compliance activities across countries.
  • Assist with implementing compliance tools and processes.
  • Help maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain information required for compliance reviews.
  • Follow established procedures for handling confidential information.

4. Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning

  • Work under the supervision of the Global Business Ethics Manager.
  • Learn about ABAC, AML, third-party screening, and compliance procedures.
  • Prioritize assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment focused on learning and improvement.
