Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead
As a fusion SCM functional lead, you will play an important role in applying Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing Solutions. You will design, configure, and deliver SCM modules when consulting with global customers to implement a change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the End-to-End Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation.
- Do architecture and design workshops with customers.
- Configure the procurement suite modules: purchase, self-service procurement, sourcing, agreements, and inventory management.
- Provide functional skills in order management, prices, service agreements, base installs, manufacturing, and planning.
- Work as a functional consultant and lead a team on multiple engagements.
- Develop and adjust detailed solutions using Oracle Methods.
- Deliver functional and technical solutions to the configuration with the client’s requirements.
- Conduct conference room pilots (CRPS) and integration design workshop.
- Collaborating with a mentor, junior consultants, and cross-functional teams.
The skills and experience required

Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. In Computer / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Macatronics
- MCA or M.Tech / MBA in Business Administration
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years in Oracle EBS or Cloud App
- Minimum 3–4 Full Life Cycle Implementation (preferably with US clients)
Technical and functional skills:
- Achievement Suite: Purchase, Self-Service Acquisition, Sourcing, Agreements, Approval Management (AMX/BPM)
- Inventory Management, Order Management, Prices, Service Agreement, Base Install, Manufacturing, Planning
- Experience of functional leadership and client-form consultation
Soft skills:
