Job Description: KPMG Work From Home Opportunity 

As an Analyst, the number one function may be within KPMG’s ServiceNow Global Delivery Network (GDN) team. Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Development:

• Work on the customization and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and other custom applications in ServiceNow.

Technical Documentation & Testing:

• Create technical layout files to guide the improvement and make certain the answers align with commercial enterprise necessities.
• Develop and execute unit test instances to validate the capability and quality of custom-advanced capabilities.

Integration & Support:

• Assist senior developers in integrating current structures with ServiceNow to streamline workflows and data control.
• Provide a guide to business procedure owners in configuring and coping with the ServiceNow platform, ensuring easy operation and user satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management:

• Interact efficiently with stakeholders to understand business necessities and provide regular updates on assignment development.
