Role & Responsibilities:
1. Store Manager:
- Deliver terrific providers to ensure excessive tiers of consumer pleasure.
- Motivate and manual the sales group to reap sales goals via schooling and mentoring.
- Develop commercial enterprise techniques to attract new clients, save traffic, and improve profitability.
- Manage the hiring, schooling, and supervision of new employees.
- Address purchaser court cases professionally and ensure an advantageous resolution.
- Ensure store compliance with health and protection rules.
- Organize promotional campaigns and manipulate in-shop shows.
- Prepare specified reports on buying traits, consumer choices, and income.
2. Sales Associates:
- Assist clients in deciding on products that suit their needs and options.
- Actively promote products to force sales and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain know-how of the shop’s products and ongoing promotions.
- Handle patron queries and provide correct product facts.
- Support in retaining a smooth, organized, and visually appealing shop surrounding.
3. Optometrist:
- Conduct eye exams and vision exams using specialized gadgets.
- Recommend appropriate eyewear or vision correction answers based on client needs.
- Educate clients approximately right eye care and maintenance of optical products.
- Assist clients in information prescriptions and selecting the right lenses or frames.
- Stay up to date with advancements in optometry and practice great practices in the field.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Store Manager:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum five years of work enjoy, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position in the retail region.
- Strong management and team management abilties.
- Excellent communique and customer service competencies.
- Analytical attitude with trouble-solving talents.
2. Sales Associates:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduates preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, persuasive, and consequences-driven.
- Ability to understand and reply to purchaser desires effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
3. Optometrist:
- Education: Diploma, Undergraduate, or Postgraduate degree in Optometry (mandatory).
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong knowledge of optometric approaches and gadgets.
- Attention to detail with a focal point on delivering accurate outcomes.
- Empathy and a purchaser-centric method.
