Job Description:

We are hiring a Manager of Total Rewards to supervise our compensation and benefits packages. Responsibilities include designing and imposing aggressive repayment structures and benefits plans, accomplishing marketplace studies to align salaries with industry standards, and developing incentive programs to pressure overall performance.
