The Senior Analyst in Total Rewards, Compensation Delivery, will play a pivotal function in the execution of Mastercard’s wide-based reimbursement applications. This includes handling activities related to base pay, annual incentive plans, and income compensation. This position requires a pretty detail-orientated individual with experience in repayment and advantages, particularly within the administration of benefit/bonus cycles, marketplace information submissions, and earnings benchmarking.
Responsibilities:
Execution of Compensation Programs:
- Lead the execution of annual reimbursement critiques, which includes international profits market statistics submission, information procurement, activity benchmarking, and income shape changes.
- Oversee 12 months-end reimbursement reviews, such as bonus cycles, advantage cycles, and different key reimbursement sports.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Compensation:
- Serve as an SME on all matters related to large-based repayment, ensuring that the agency’s repayment packages are aligned with enterprise exceptional practices and compliance necessities.
- Stay knowledgeable on the latest reimbursement developments, regulatory necessities, and nice practices within the industry.
Operational Excellence:

Vendor and External Relationship Management:

- Ensure that all reimbursement activities comply with Mastercard’s guidelines and enterprise standards.
- Abide by using Mastercard’s facts security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive records.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in broad-based compensation, especially in managing merit/bonus cycles and salary benchmarking.
- Experience with market data submissions, job evaluations, and developing salary ranges is essential.
- Familiarity with tools such as Peoplefluent or PayFactors is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), are advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, such as Power Query/BI, for information analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical competencies, with the ability to interpret complex facts and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience with compensation modeling and analysis.
Project Management:
