Job Overview: Order Management Job
As an Order Management Specialist at Meesho, you’ll play an essential feature in managing the complete order processing cycle. You will ensure that orders are processed, fulfilled, and brought in a well-timed and green manner. This role is best for a person with a keen eye for elements, amazing organizational abilities, and a passion for consumer delight.
You will paint intently with several departments, including earnings, logistics, and customer service, to streamline order management approaches and decorate common operational overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing:
- Accurately input and control orders within the order control machine.
- Verify order info for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery.
2. Inventory Management:
- Ensure that inventory degrees are ok to meet order desires.
- Coordinate with the warehouse organization to control stock levels and reorder merchandise as important.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
3. Customer Interaction:
