About The Role: Collaborative Director – Financial Services
As a director involved in the Meesho Financial Services Team, one or more loan products will be directed, creating strategic organizations and managing commercial in extreme tasks, including P&L, capital offers, production growth, and execution. It will directly contribute to working together with external partners such as the leadership team, the NBFC, and banks to shape the vision of the financial services of the mosquitoes.

As part of this role, you will:
- Compilation and business scale: Understand the needs of the credit user, develop differentiated loan products, and execute strategies to boost growth.
- The growth of the unit: managing prices, adoption, marketing, and positioning of financial services to increase the user base and participation.
- Capital offer management: Build solid relationships with lenders (NBFC and Banks), develop long-term strategies,a nd guarantee capital availability.
- Property of P&L: Supervise the P&L business, monitor the risk, collection,s and performance metrics while working closely with risk management equipment.

- 8-10 years of proven experience in managing business growth and P&L.
- Strong history of loans with practical experience working with banks and NBFC.
- Experience of execution in the execution of high-impact projects.
