As a Senior Recruiter, you will take complete ownership of the hiring process for multiple roles. You will work closely with business leaders, drive sourcing strategies, and execute end-to-end hiring processes. Your ability to deliver top-notch candidates and an exceptional candidate experience will be key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
Talent Advisory: Act as a dependent on expertise marketing consultant to business leaders, supporting them plan hiring techniques and positioning open roles to attract the proper candidates.
Market Mapping: Conduct marketplace studies to understand the skills landscape, such as opposition benchmarking, to optimize hiring techniques.
Recruiting Strategy: Design and put into effect recruitment techniques tailor-made to each commercial enterprise unit’s wishes, ensuring that we attract fine talent consistent with business goals.
Candidate Sourcing: Use more than one sourcing channel to identify and appeal to enormously relevant candidates. Drive pipeline management and interact with candidates efficiently to transform them into hires.
End-to-End Hiring: Manage the overall hiring cycle for candidates, from initial screening to negotiation, ensuring a clean and efficient method.
Candidate Experience: Ensure that every candidate has a remarkable experience all through the hiring manner, making Meesho a company that applicants want to paint for.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional groups like Compensation, HRBP, HR Ops, and others to pressure the recruitment manner seamlessly from interview to onboarding.
Talent Brand Building: Actively make contributions to constructing and improving Meesho’s employer logo within the marketplace.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for non-technical roles within high-velocity environments, preferably with some exposure to agency recruitment. Experience with sales, growth, strategy & operations, category management, creative, marketing, operations, finance, etc., is desirable.
Sourcing Skills: Expertise in candidate sourcing and pipeline control, utilizing loads of structures and technologies to perceive and appeal to top expertise.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and verbal exchange talents, with the capability to front-give up with stakeholders and lead conversations around hiring wishes and manner upgrades.
Data-Driven: A robust, records-pushed mindset with established fulfillment in using analytics to force decision-making and improve hiring consequences.
Technology Savvy: Familiarity with cutting-edge gear and technology within the recruitment area, staying updated on traits to leverage them successfully.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is typically expected but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in high-growth companies or start-ups is a plus, particularly in scaling recruitment efforts across diverse functions.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS, and other recruiting software is beneficial.
