The Branch Head at Muthoot Finance oversees daily branch operations, drives business growth, manages a team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include business development, staff management, compliance, and achieving profitability targets. Preferred candidates have experience in gold loans or financial services, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management:

• Supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure performance and compliance with enterprise policies.
• Monitor the processing of loans and customer support sports.

Business Development:

• Drive commercial enterprise boom through the acquisition of the latest customers and retention of existing ones.
• Develop and execute branch-level advertising and marketing strategies to sell gold mortgage products.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor branch personnel, which include recruitment, training, and overall performance evaluation.
• Foster a collaborative painting environment to decorate productivity.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and preserve sturdy relationships with customers.
• Address patron grievances promptly and efficiently to ensure client pride.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Prior experience in the gold loan industry is highly desirable.
