You will analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance, resolve routine questions, conduct research on customer inquiries, and develop industry knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with Windows PC applications, and a commitment to customer service. Qualification and Skills

Education: A university degree or equivalent that includes 3+ years of formal English language studies.
Experience: Freshers (2024 Passed-out eligible) and experienced AR Callers, particularly in Denial Management.
