NTT Walk-in Recruitment Job Description:
As a Medical Coder, you will play an integral role in the healthcare industry by translating medical documentation into standardized alphanumeric codes. This allows for efficient processing, analysis, and management of medical data, enabling uniformity across healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Analysis:
- Read and apprehend sufferers’ clinical documentation, such as diagnoses and procedures.
- Accurately transform healthcare diagnoses, medical offerings, systems, and strategies into standardized scientific codes.
Standardization and Vocabulary Creation:
- Develop and implement a uniform vocabulary for describing clinical conditions, injuries, ailments, and causes of death.
Code Assignment:
- Assign well-known codes primarily based on clinical statements to ensure particular verbal exchange among healthcare companies, coverage corporations, and government bodies.
Data Accuracy and Uniformity:
- Ensure all clinical statistics and documentation are coded constantly and accurately for billing and analytics functions.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Key Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of Medical Terminology: Familiarity with human anatomy, body structure, medical conditions, and treatments.

Computer Proficiency: Competence in the use of Windows PC applications, navigating displays, and getting to know new software program tools.

Educational Qualifications:
