Job Description: Paytm Hiring Customer Care Job
Paytm is appointing customer service executives to assist users with their queries, provide accurate information and provide an excellent support experience. This role is ideal for new and experienced candidates who are good communicators, patient and eager to help customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, email support, chat support and ensure timely resolution of concerns related to payments, wallet issues, KYC, refunds, account updates, transactions and app navigation.
This job requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and handle customer concerns professionally. You will be trained on Paytm products, processes and support tools to ensure you perform your responsibilities with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, chats and emails with accuracy and courtesy.
- Resolve issues related to Payments, Wallets, UPI, Refunds, KYC and transactions.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers experiencing app or account issues.
- Maintain high service quality and follow support scripts/procedures.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to senior teams as necessary.
- Update customer interaction logs in CRM tools.
- Ensure quick turnaround times and meet daily performance targets.
- Identify and report recurring issues to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism and patience during customer interactions.
