Job Description:

The Finance-Payroll Specialist at Paytm is accountable for processing Full & Final settlements for up to fifteen,000 personnel monthly, coordinating with HR, growing employee vendor facts, making ready and posting journal vouchers in SAP, and coping with financial institution files for payments. The position includes everyday FNF tracking, resolving charge rejections, and ensuring accurate monetary reporting and recovery entries while collaborating with the treasury and HR groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Full & Final Settlements: Manage FNF settlements for 10,000 to 15,000 employees month-to-month.
Collaboration with HR Team: Coordinate with HR to remedy payroll and FNF-related queries.
Employee Vendor Creation and Bank Confirmation in SAP: Ensure timely introduction of employee seller facts and verify bank info for FNF bills.
Journal Voucher (JV) Preparation and Posting in SAP: Prepare and put up magazine vouchers with accuracy for monetary integrity.
Bank File Preparation for FNF Payments: Create and control bank files for FNF bills.
MIS Report Sharing: Provide key reports (Console JV, asset restoration details, advantages paid) to stakeholders.
Validation of Treasury Payments: Ensure FNF payments are processed and proven with the treasury.
Maintaining G Sheet FNF Tracker: Update the FNF tracker on Google Sheets day by day for correct transaction information.
Payment Rejection Data Handling: Monitor rejected bills and tell HR for corrective actions.
Recovery Amount Confirmation: Respond to emails for healing amount affirmation from departing employees.
