Job Description:
As a Senior Platform Analyst at Philips, your position is pivotal in bridging the space between enterprise wishes and IT answers. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed organization.
Experience: At least 15 years of IT enjoy with a robust historical past in HCM (Human Capital Management), Learning, Integrations, Enabling Functions domain names, and management. Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership position managing pass-skilled groups globally.
Workday Platform Expertise: At least 5 years of practical and technical revel in with the Workday platform across all domain names which include Recruiting, Core HR, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Reporting, Integrations, and Adaptive Planning.
Collaborative Skills: Proven potential to work with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, and Project Managers to force unusual desires.
