Job Description:-

• 3-6 yrs. experience in General Admin Activities. (Corporate Office Experience only)
• Qualification: Graduation/UG
• Age Criteria: Not more than 30 years.
• Male candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties:–

Job Description: General Admin/GA Activities Manager

Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: Oversee workplace and asset recurring protection, which includes electrical consumption monitoring, BMS, AHU, and aircon control.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage regular reviews and preventive protection (PM) of UPS and EPABX systems.
• Consumables Management: Handle office consumables including stationery, housework gadgets, and pantry substances. Ensure well-timed procurement and availability of items like water bottles, tea/espresso, and office stationery.
• Insurance Management: Renew employer car and asset coverage. Conduct quarterly asset validation.
• Parking Management: Arrange parking tags for employees’ automobiles and bikes.
• Transport/Travel Management: Coordinate nearby and outstation transportation, manage bus/ETS, deal with responsibility slips, payments, MIS, and associated validations.
• Event Management: Arrange snacks for overdue-sitting employees, and manipulate parties and activities.
• Procurement: Prepare, stamp, approve, and difficult buy orders for routine substances and offerings.
• Office Hygiene: Oversee office cleansing, pest manipulation, and sanitization methods.
• Invoice Management: Follow up on invoices and payments with carriers, perform initial exams, and ensure well-timed prices.
• FRRO/Police Verification: Manage visa registration, police verification, and visa extension for expatriates.
• Procurement Knowledge: Demonstrate exquisite procurement competencies for workplace belongings and services, including dealer evaluation, registration, approvals, comparative bid evaluation (CBE), purchase orders (PO), contract formalities, and stamping.

Qualifications:

• Proven to enjoy in fashionable administration and facilities control.
• Strong know-how of workplace preservation, equipment control, and consumables procurement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to handle delivery and travel logistics efficaciously.
• Strong communication abilities for supplier and stakeholder interplay.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive method of hassle-solving.
