Hyderabad is launching a Walk C-in campaign in Hyderabad 2025 for the status of Sutharland International Voice Is Process Executive, Business Process Transformation, and Consumer Experience Management. Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh and experienced candidates (0-3 years) are eligible.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Candidates have been 25 km of Hyderabad Office Fissure. Must stay within a radius.
- Both graduates and students from the university can apply.
- The candidates who are currently studying are not eligible.
- 24/7 and Office Moving from Fissure Shift should be ready to work.

Key responsibilities
- Handle the incoming and outgoing calls of international customers.
- Provide product or service support and solve customer issues effectively.
- Talk to customers from countries like the United States and Dubai.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Record the customer’s interactions accurately and maintain the quality of service.
- Follow the standard operating procedures for Calls LS handling.
- Collaborate with team leaders and address issues when needed.
