- Experience: 0–3 years in international voice/non-voice processes.
- Location: 25 km from Hyderabad. Candidates living within a radius are eligible.
- Work Mode: Just work from Office Fissure (non-virtual/function from home).
- Shift: Shift (24/7) rotating with a 5-day work week.
- Communication Skills: Flow is mandatory in English.

Key responsibilities
- Handle the incoming and outgoing calls of international customers (USA, Dubai, etc.).
- Provide production and service support or technical problems through Calls or Chat.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and rapid problem-solving.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documents.
- Increase unresolved issues in higher sections as needed.
- Follow the exhibition matrix, quality standards, and compliance guides.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience when managing multiple tasks effectively.
