About Role – Python Automation Engineer
As Tech Mahindra’s Python Auto Automation Engineer, you are responsible for creating, running, and maintaining the Auto Automation Framework supporting advanced testing methods. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring strong performance through automatic test cases. This role requires strong technical skills in testing equipment, such as Python programming, and the rest of the assurance, Robot Framework, and API testing.
To ensure efficient product delivery, you will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Auto Tomation Strategy, make the best efforts, and contribute to developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
As part of Tech Mahindra’s Auto Automation Team, your responsibilities will include:
Automation Test:
- Create, develop, and implement automatic test cases using Python.
- Implement the Auto Tomation Framework like a robot framework for seamless test execution.
API Test:
- End-to-end test of RESTful API using the rest of the assurance.
- Valid API replies, error handling, and integration on the platform.
Structure Development:
- Increase in the existing automation framework for scalability and maintenance.
- Ensure optimization of Utility and Test scripts in multiple projects.
Collaboration and Report:
- Work together with developers, QA leads, and manufacturing owners to identify the test requirements.
- Track, Document, and Report Track Effectively to stakeholders.
Quality confirmation:
- Make sure the delivery of high-quality Software applications by rigorous testing.
- Contribute to performance, regression, and integration test efforts.
Continuous improvement:
- Indicate process improvement and identify areas for automation growth.
- Stay updated with the latest automation tools, frameworks, and industry methods.
