Key responsibilities
- Manage the calls of incoming and outgoing customers to solve problems related to the product or service.
- Keep a high level of professionalism while helping customers.
- Document customer interactions and update the information in the system with precision.
- Provide quick, efficient, and empathic solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Scale problems have not been resolved in the higher departments as necessary.
- Make the daily performance metrics on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee compliance with Tech Mahindra policies and data privacy standards.
Eligibility criteria
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: First-year students and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are eligible.
- Communication skills: strong verbal communication in English and Hindi without an important MTI (influence of the mother tongue).
- Writing skills: minimum 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 90%.
- Work mode: Work from Office (WFO) – Kolkata location.
- Work hours: rotary changes between 9:00 a.m. At 9:00 p.m., the duration of the 9-hour work is with a 1-hour break.
- Commitment: There are no planned sheets during the first 3 months after joining.
- Work days: 5 days of work, 2 days of the week of rotation.
Required skills (Soft Skills)
- Excellent oral communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and problem-solving.
- 30 WPM writing speed with 90%accuracy.
- Good understanding of the MS Office and CRM tools.
- Patience and a client mentality first.
- Ability to work in rotational changes, including night shifts.
- Time management and multitasking capacity.
