Job Description:- Tech Mahindra Hiring 2024
Role & Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer requests via phone, e-mail, and chat, and offer after-hours on-call guide for troubleshooting technical troubles.
– Assist cease-user gadgets and peripherals, along with hardware, operating systems, software packages, and protection.
– Handle IT spoil/repair requests, resolving or escalating troubles as important.
