Job Description:-  Tech Mahindra Walk in Drive 2025

We are looking for a skilled cable and wire harness design engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor (CM) industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing cables and wire harness assemblies, ensuring that all designs are aligned with accurate, skilled, and project requirements.

In this role, you will use NX software to create a wide harness design, in which electrical planning will be translated into practical, manufacturing solutions. Your designs will play an important role in supporting spontaneous integration with mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring high-quality and reliable assembly.

Cooperation is necessary in this situation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical specifications and production requirements, to ensure designs meet the design requirements. During design reviews, your input will be priceless in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions that increase overall product quality.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing intensive documents of all designs, including pictures, specifications, and change records. Maintaining the exact record ensures smooth communication in teams and supports future projects.
