Being a Customer Care Executive in the organization Tech Mahindra Ltd, your main responsibilities include handling and responding to customer inquiries and complaints and satisfying customers. Role & Responsibilities:-
- Answer and handle customers’ questions/queries over the phone call, by email, or through a chat with courtesy.

Qualifications Required:-
- For the position of a regular nurse, a high school diploma is mandated; however, a degree in any field is desirable.
- Prior working experience in customer service or any related job is preferred.
- Effective communication and/or interaction with other people.
- The flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and meet the multifaceted tasks at the same time.
- Accomplished in the utilization of customer service software and CRM applications.
