Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership: Take entire ownership of mechanical design tasks, dealing with them from conceptualization to final release, ensuring they meet both useful and aesthetic requirements.

Machine Design: Lead the layout efforts associated with equipment and structures, focusing on both overall performance and durability at the same time as optimizing for fee effectiveness.

Material and Component Selection: Demonstrate deep information in the choice of materials, machining procedures, and fabrication techniques. Understand the intricacies of post-processing operations to ensure quality and reliability inside the very last product.

Structural Analysis: Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to outline structures and cargo-bearing criteria for additives and structures, making sure designs can withstand operational stresses.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• UG Degree: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• PG Degree: M.Tech / M.S in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Ph.D. candidates with a focus on mechanical design are also welcome.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, preferably in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Prior experience with UG NX (Unigraphics NX) software is mandatory, as it will be extensively used for design work.

Core Competencies:

• Strong understanding of gadget design principles, along with the capacity to behavior complex structural analysis and choose the right components for a given software.
• In-intensity expertise in fabric selection and manufacturing procedures, consisting of machining, fabrication, and publish-processing operations.
• Proficiency in Sheet Metal Design, with the potential to use manufacturing strategies efficaciously.

Soft Skills:

• Good presentation and negotiation competencies to interact with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
