Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate (no candidates have been admitted).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in international sound technical support.
- Work Methods: Office to Work (Bahadurpli, Hyderabad).
- Shift Schedules: 24/7 rotating shift (includes night shifts).
Key Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Basic Justice Knowledge to solve a technical problem.

- The rotating shift should be comfortable.
Key Responsibilities –
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for international customers.
- Handle and solve customer issues by Calls, LS, and emails.
- Software solves problems related to software, hardware, and networks.
- Manage and document events through ITSM tools (Services, BMC Remedy, etc.).
- Provide support for Active Directory (user management, password reset, etc.).
- Support for issues related to Windows OS, O365, and the desk.
- Troubleshooting VPN, Citrix, and Exchange.
- Remote troubleshooting devices, laptops, and printers.
- Maintain the excellent satisfaction of the customer through professional communication.
Required Skills:
Technical skills:
- Experience with Service Desk Operations, Windows OS, MS Office, and O365.
- ITM tools like service or remedy.
- Familiarity with VPN, Citrix, Exchange, and Network Troubleshooting.
- Basic Justice of Hardware, LAN, and Printer Configuration.
Soft skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Time management and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
