Job Description: Telesales Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Associates to join our team. As a Telesales Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and close sales deals.

This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads database.
• Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge about our products/services and effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
• Sales Pitch: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to persuade potential customers to purchase our products/services.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide relevant information.
• Sales Closing: Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, share insights, and participate in team meetings.
