Job Description: Store Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and outcomes-pushed Store Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of our store. The best candidate might be liable for handling staff, using sales overall performance, ensuring remarkable customer service, and retaining safe profitability. The Store Manager will act as a brand ambassador, making sure that all activities align with the organization’s policies and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Manage day-by-day operations, along with establishing and ultimate procedures, stock control, and vending to ensure a clean, organized, and nicely stocked keep.
- Sales & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and improve profitability by way of monitoring key performance signs (KPIs), analyzing income reviews, and enforcing corrective actions when vital.

- Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory stages, manage product orders, and deal with inventory management to minimize shrinkage. Conduct regular inventory audits and keep correct information.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the shop layout and displays are visually attractive, following logo recommendations to enhance patron revel in and pressure sales.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with business enterprise guidelines, safety protocols, and criminal regulations. Conduct regular protection tests and maintain a stable shop environment.
- Financial Management: Oversee coin management banking, and economic reporting. Prepare budgets, and music expenses, and manipulate fees to gain economic objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar management function in retail.
- Strong management and group control abilities.
- Excellent communique, problem-solving, and choice-making skills.
- Ability to analyze income facts and broaden actionable techniques.
- Knowledge of visible merchandising and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management structures.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or associated subject is desired.
Working Conditions:
