Invenssis is inviting talented professionals to join as officers of the international voice process. If you are fond of providing communication, problem-solving, and great customer experience, then this is your chance to shine. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound international calls, ensuring that the queries and concerns are resolved with professionalism and sympathy. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, guiding customers, and following the company’s standards while maintaining KPI and quality benchmarks.
This role requires adaptability for us, with attention to the night operation. Candidates wishing to transfer to JP Nagar, Bangalore, will be given priority. As part of our team, you will demonstrate a fun environment, which attains importance for teamwork, innovation, and development.
