Role Designation: Sr. Technical Process Executive
Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Education Qualification: Any full-time Graduation/post-graduation
Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts
Experience required: 1 to 2 years.
Process: Technical Service Desk Voice Process
We are looking for talents with 1 to 2 years of experience in ticketing tool/ ServiceNow utilizing voice skill.
Talents should have graduation completion certificate (Degree) and mark sheets for onboarding.
Walk in Interview in Infosys Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level resolution to the customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical troubles, escalating extra complicated problems to better-level help when necessary.
- Deliver superb customer service by means of acknowledging issues promptly, displaying empathy, and the use of fantastic language.
- Build rapport with clients through energetic listening, powerful conversation, and interest to element.

- Upskilling: Willingness to participate in upskilling and schooling applications to improve provider shipping.
Must adhere to and non-negotiable:
