Job Description:- Walk in Interview, Bangalore
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our customer aid team, where you will play an important role in giving outstanding service in many channels. Your main responsibility will be to help customers through email and chat support, ensuring that each query is answered immediately and a professional solution is provided. You will accurately update the customer’s details in internal systems, follow open issues, and ensure that each concern is closed on time. Consistency, sympathy, and professionalism are the major qualities that we value in every interaction.
For mixed process, you will handle both voice (inbound/outbound call) and non-UCE (email/chat) interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and to offer clear, solution-oriented reactions. By updating customers, you will be expected to increase the number of unresolved issues if necessary. It is also necessary to maintain accurate documentation of all communications in real time.
