Invenses is inviting enthusiastic professionals to join our international voice process team at JP Nagar, Bangalore. If you have a passion for providing excellent oral communication skills and top-notch customer service, this role is the right opportunity to advance your career in a high-demonstration, fun-filled workplace.
As part of our voice process team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and sympathy. Your role will include solving customer issues, answering questions, and providing accurate guidance to the company’s standards. You will also be expected to follow the quality guidelines, complete the major performance indicator (KPI), and suit the US shift timing.
We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, who can confidently communicate in English and are flexible to work on the night shift. The priority will be given to the candidates living within a 5 km radius of JP Nagar or who are open to transfer.
