Key Responsibilities
1. Asset Servicing & Transaction Processing
- Process principal activities such as Drawdowns, Paydowns, and Interest in Geneva
- Ensure all transactions are accurately processed and updated in the system
- Handle manual processing related to credit facilities within Geneva
2. Reconciliation & Exception Management
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliation across all funds using DUCO
- Review and resolve exceptions from Geneva WSO Accelerator
- Escalate unresolved breaks to managers and onshore teams
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with Agents, Trustees, Custodians, and internal teams to resolve daily issues
- Handle contract modifications based on agent notices
- Communicate effectively with global client facilities
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Summarize complex financial data into clear, concise reports
- Support audits and internal reviews
5. System & Project Support
- Participate in system integration initiatives
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Assist global teams on ongoing operational and transformation projects
