Wipro is engaging in a stroll-in pressure for the role of Processor (Back Office) for candidates with 1 to a few years of relevant revel. This workplace position focuses on coping with and processing backend operations efficiently to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities:
Process Backend Operations: Perform backend responsibilities with precision and timeliness, ensuring that each operations align with customer requirements.
Client Communication: Use robust verbal exchange capabilities to interact efficaciously with team individuals and clients, facilitating a clear understanding of client requirements.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize daily tasks as required to respond efficaciously to patron desires.
Reporting and Record Maintenance: Maintain correct information and reviews using MS Office equipment inclusive of Excel and Word, making sure facts are integrity.
SOP Development: Create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline techniques, take away waste, and enhance efficiency.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on new or advert hoc assignments as needed to meet patron or inner objectives in a well-timed manner.
Key Skills Required:
Communication Skills: Must have brilliant written and spoken verbal exchange abilities to efficaciously collaborate with team participants and clients.
Computer Proficiency: Must demonstrate skillability in simple laptop competencies, along with MS Office packages like Excel and Word, in addition to e-mail communication.

Qualifications:
- Education Required: Candidates must hold a degree in BA, B. Com, BBA, B. Sc (Non-IT), M.A, or M. Com.
- Non-Eligible Degrees: Candidates with B.E, B. Tech, MCA, or computer science backgrounds are not eligible for this position.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
