Shift Timing: 5.30 pm to 3.00 am IST (Only fixed shift /Mon-Fri) Work from the Office on Day 2 Onwards.
The location should be in the hiring zone.
Service Agreement: Yes (12months)-penalty -75000.
Education: Only arts and Science except for computer-based graduates.

Job Role & Responsibilities:-
– Client Plan Provisions:
– Develop superior expertise in client plan provisions.
– Identify opportunities for expertise enhancement.
– Ensure up-to-date know-how of consumer plan provisions and supporting documentation.
– Consulting Skills, Client Knowledge, and Client Service:
– Prioritize work to efficaciously respond to purchaser desires.
– Demonstrate a valid knowledge of patron plan provisions through active engagement.
– Follow predefined tactics and method hints.
– Meet or exceed overall performance parameters in opposition to SLA goals.
– Participate and make contributions to everyday hurdles and status conferences.
– Ensure on-time and correct shipping of obligations as per Service Level Agreements.
– Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence**:
– Deliver new or advert-hoc responsibilities directly to meet purchaser or inner goals.
– Seek and take delivery of comments from coaches and mentors to beautify knowledge and abilities.
– Create and replace Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
– Collaborate with other helping agencies to decorate strategies and take away wastage.
