Job Description: Zomato Chat Support Job

Chat support at Zomato is the most suitable place for a lively, resourceful worker who can efficiently manage customer interactions through online chat. You will be a chat support executive and will take over all the questions, solve the problems, and make sure the customer gets an easy and comfortable ride. Freshers or those who have customer support experience and want to develop their career in a fast-paced environment can make good use of it.

This role is a customer support representative with excellent communication skills. He/she will have to do empathy work and multitasking skills as well. Customer chat will be your responsibility, and you will be expected to make sure that replies are given on time and solutions are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer questions from customers through live chat in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Solve issues related to food orders, refunds, payments, and delivery timelines.

  • If required, escalate technical or complicated issues to the support team at higher levels.
  • Keep customer logs up to date for future use.
  • Do timely follow-ups with customers to complete the loop on queries.

  1. Minimum qualification: Graduate or going for graduation in any field.
