Responsibilities:
1. Market Share Growth
Customer Market Share (CMS):
- Drive pay-as-you-go activations and Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
- Increase the Share of Gross Adds (SOGA) via retailers inside the territory.
Revenue Market Share (RMS):
- Ensure the availability of recharge alternatives.
- Promote Airtel products like ROffer, Data (3G & 4G), Airtel Money, 4G, and Dongles (Data Cards).
2. Distribution Strengthening:
Channel Expansion:
- Increase the range of retailers promoting LAPU (Low Average Price Unit), SIM cards, and records offerings.
- Expand the retail width to penetrate the marketplace.
Consistent Supply:
- Maintain an uninterrupted supply chain to all retail outlets.
- Address any supply problems promptly.
3. Retail Management:
Branding & Visibility:
- Maximize Airtel’s visibility across the territory.
- Engage in aggressive branding campaigns to seize the most store base.
Retailer Engagement:
- Enhance relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance collaboration and sales effectiveness.
4. Operational Excellence:
Channel Partner Management:
- Ensure channel pleasure via steady reviews and aid.
- Realign foot plans based on marketplace dynamics.
Field Sales Executive (FSE) Productivity:
- Train, broaden, and control FSEs to optimize their productivity.
- Track and compare FSE’s overall performance with the usage of updated MIS structures.
5. Sales Targets:
- Increase Active SIMs and LAPU Outlets: Boost the number of active customers and outlets selling pay-as-you-go offerings.
- Achieve Prepaid Targets: Meet gross prepaid activation goals within the assigned timeframe.
- Tertiary Recharge Sales: Drive secondary and tertiary recharge sales to maximize sales era.
Required Skills:
Sales and Business Acumen:
- Strong know-how of retail and B2C sales models.
- Experience in dealing with big territories and various consumer bases.
Team Management:
- Leadership capabilities to educate and control Field Sales Executives.
- Ability to motivate and align groups towards achieving objectives.
Distribution Network Management:
- Proficient in building and preserving a strong distribution community.
Data Analysis and MIS Reporting:
- Advanced abilities in managing MIS for monitoring overall performance and selection-making.
Communication and Negotiation:
- Excellent verbal and written communication competencies.
- Strong negotiation and dating-constructing abilities.
Market Insights:
- Ability to analyze market trends and pick out boom possibilities.
- Knowledge of rural markets and distributor control.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Mandatory: Graduation (Any discipline)
- Preferred: MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization)
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution.
