Job Description:
As a Dealer Manager at Cars24, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with used car dealers, ensuring their active participation and satisfaction with Cars24’s auction platform. This position offers a dynamic work environment in the automobile industry, focusing on sales, relationship management, and achieving consistent growth in dealer transactions.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Build one-on-one relationships with used vehicle dealers to encourage their energetic participation in automobile auctions.
- Serve as the first factor of contact for dealers, addressing their inquiries and imparting assistance.
- Maintain regular verbal exchanges with assigned dealers to recognize their desires, possibilities, and challenges.
Auction Participation and Growth:
- Convince sellers to area higher bids on auctioned cars, maximizing income capability.
- Ensure a regular float of transactions at the platform by way of promoting suitable automobile options tailor-made to dealers’ requirements.
Customer Retention and Support:
- Ensure dealer delight by way of addressing and resolving issues directly.
- Facilitate non-stop transactions by way of information and aligning with provider wishes.
- Achieve month-on-month increase in dealer transactions, assembly, or exceeding set objectives.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Exhibit sturdy negotiation skills to win back leads and near offers successfully.
- Maintain area and punctuality while working in the dealer’s vicinity to ensure clean operations.
- Demonstrate flexibility to evolve to the dynamic wishes of the enterprise, including occasional prolonged hours whilst vital.
Required Skills:
Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade dealers to bid better and secure favorable deals.
Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal abilities to construct and preserve long-term provider relationships.
Sales Expertise: Experience in sales and commercial enterprise development, specifically in a field income role.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing dealer issues and making sure clean operations.
Adaptability: Flexibility to manage dynamic schedules and deal with surprising demanding situations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage efficaciously with sellers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Educational Background: Any graduate with a bachelor’s degree is eligible to apply.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Field sales experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with online platforms and tools for auction and transaction processes.
