Job Overview: Flight Support Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and element-oriented Flight Support Executive to join our growing group. This function is crucial in ensuring clean operations of our flight bookings and imparting pinnacle-notch assistance to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Respond at once to consumer inquiries concerning flight bookings through cell phones, e-mail, and stay chat.
- Assist clients with reserving adjustments, cancellations, and specific requests.
- Provide facts on flight schedules, fares, and rules.
2. Booking Management:
- Manage and process flight bookings, making sure all information is correctly recorded.
- Coordinate with airways to affirm bookings, solve problems, and manage changes.
- Monitor and update booking structures with the latest flight facts.
3. Problem Resolution:
- Handle purchaser proceedings and troubles, offering powerful solutions and options.
- Liaise with Airways and other departments to treat ticketing and booking disputes.
- Maintain a record of all interactions and resolutions for reference and reporting.
4. Operational Support:
- Assist in the coaching of each day and weekly evaluations on flight bookings and help with sports activities.
- Stay up to date with airline policies, agency policies, and travel trends.
- Participate in schooling classes and workshops to decorate capabilities and information.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the income and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share feedback and insights from client interactions to help enhance our services.
- Collaborate with advertising and IT organizations on campaigns and tool improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or an associated field.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in a similar position, ideally in the journey or aviation industry.
- Skills: Strong verbal exchange talents, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in the use of reservation structures and MS Office applications.
Ability to address disturbing conditions gently and efficaciously.
