Job Description: Flipkart Hiring Hub Incharge
Flipkart is hiring responsible and dynamic hub incharge professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery hubs and warehouses. The hub incharge will oversee shipment handling, delivery performance, inventory control, and team management to ensure smooth logistics operations.
The role involves supervising delivery executives, monitoring dispatch timelines, ensuring accurate order processing, and maintaining operational efficiency. The hub incharge will also ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hub operations and logistics activities
- Supervise delivery executives and warehouse employees
