Responsibilities:
Compliance Testing & Reporting:
- Perform advanced compliance exams like ADP & ACP, Coverage Test (410b), Excess Deferral (402g), Annual Additions (415), and Non-Discrimination Tests (NDT).
- Handle excessive-complexity studies and Form 5500 submitting for large retirement plans.
- Ensure accurate quit-to-end compliance by trying out and preserving a hundred high-quality.
Queue & Process Management:
- Monitor process queues to make sure all sports are finished in the specified TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Coordinate with operations teams to finalize checking out activities inside time limits.
- Analyze technique reputation and generate reviews for improvement.
Collaboration & Client Interactions:
- Liaise with clients, internal groups, and other departments for seamless technique execution.

- Experience with Form 5500 filing and queue management.

- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-7 years of relevant experience in U.S. retirement compliance or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Relius Administration tools.
- Experience in transition projects and improving workflows.
