We are looking for an expansion-oriented and active professional to join our team in brand requirements, planning, and sample approval. The role involves designing, sourcing, and working closely with brand teams to ensure smooth execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar. You will be responsible for understanding brand DNA, customer expectations, and apparel construction details to give accurate results.
An important part of this role is to prepare and manage size specifications, ensuring that they are updated in PLM, and effectively guide vendors. The job also includes proto, PP, and gold seal samples, ensuring that the deadline is met, and provides timely updates to stakeholders. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential to connect with cross-functional teams, conduct weekly reviews, and maintain clarity on the sample plan.
Additionally, you must be handling KPI reporting, root cause analysis, and data presentation, ensuring that quality control and fit integrity are maintained. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a necessity, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
