Job Description:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist performs a critical function in coping with and executing numerous supply chain tactics to ensure consumer delight and operational performance. This position encompasses several key duties, such as backlog control, delivery management, inventory manipulation, and consumer pleasure (CSAT) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Management:
- Oversee and examine backlog reviews, taking necessary movements to resolve and close out issues.
- Ensure well-timed loading of prebuild orders put up approval and communicate updates to the commercial enterprise.
- Schedule and bill orders promptly, retaining everyday compliance with Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), and customers to deal with backlog dependencies.
Supply Management:
- Manage back-to-inventory (BTS) order substances, taking part intently with procurement and production groups.
- Conduct each day’s exams of backlog and manipulate escalations for crucial customer requirements.
- Publish Management Information System (MIS) reviews to the commercial enterprise crew and resolve replenishment ordering issues.
Inventory Control:
- Review extra orders daily and put into effect measures to control and correct extra ordering.
- Work with the manufacturing and IT groups to cancel excess production orders (MOs).
- Share every day updates on unfastened completed goods (FG) with the commercial enterprise team and assist in their liquidation.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT):
- Drive the CSAT application for the respective enterprise phase.

Requirements:
Education: Graduate degree.
Experience: 3 to 7 years in delivering chain order achievement procedures (Order-to-Cash cycle).
Skills:
- Proficient in enterprise communication, each verbal and written.

- Strong analytical abilities, trouble-fixing abilities, and a customer-centered method.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and capability to manipulate complicated duties efficaciously.
